IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Do you ship your products?
    At this time, we do not ship any of our products. All of our products are farm or butcher pick-up only.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    Our products are farm or butcher pick-up only at this time. If you are unable to pick up your products, please make arrangements with us.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in Custer, Washington. We are 15 miles north of Bellingham. Off I-5, exit 270 - Birch Bay Lynden Rd.
  • Are your products organic?
    Yes, all of our products are organic. Although we are not certified organic we still abide by organic standards. Our livestock are fed certified organic feed from In Season Farms produced locally, in Abbotsford, BC, Canada.
  • Do you sell individual cuts?
    We do not sell individual cuts. Our products are sold by the share and are WSDA inspected. Meaning our animals are processed by a local butcher who is WSDA certified. You purchase a "live share" of the animal from us prior to processing and the butcher custom cuts & wraps your share to your specified instructions.
  • How much freezer space will I need?
    When you're buying in bulk, it is important to determine how much freezer space you will need. For example, 10 chickens will require 12-18 cubic feet of storage or a medium-sized chest freezer. 20-25lbs of meat per 1 cubic foot is a good rule of thumb when estimating how much space you will need.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, check, debit/credit, bank transfer, Venmo & PayPal. There is 3% fee for debit & credit transactions.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
